Payment term and Refund Policy

Payment term:

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. 

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard.

  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully completed.

Refund Policy:

  • We strive to have 100% satisfaction with all of our customers. If there is an issue with your order or your product, email us at info@princethetailor.com and we will do our best to make it right.  We appreciate our customers and will work. With you to be sure you are satisfied with our product.

  • If you received an item that is defective/damage due to a manufacturing or shipping issue, please reach out immediately for assistance. We will do our best to replace or refund the item(s) depending on product availability.

Payment Method:

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card is only charged once the order ships.

  • Bank Transfer are also accepted.
